THE ROLE

As a store manager, you will assist the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to provide an exceptional brand experience. Your role extends beyond the store walls, fostering a community of AllSaints fans and customers who shop in-store, online, or via partnerships.

You will support in delivering outstanding in-store and online service, oversee and support stylist team members responding to customer inquiries, and ensure the store's customer journey, financial targets, and critical updates are managed effectively.

Leading your team of floor managers and stylists will be key, focusing on upskilling, sales, and service excellence.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Equip and incentivize your team with product knowledge, brand strategies, and updates to deliver an inspiring customer experience.
  • Support the development of your team, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Plan and execute monthly floor sets, promoting new collections and driving sales.
  • Utilize reporting tools to monitor daily store performance, maximize trade opportunities, and address risks promptly.
  • Provide leadership and support to stylist team members with customer queries via online systems.
  • Ensure the store presents a professional and proud image, showcasing team achievements.
  • Handle employee-related matters alongside your brand leader to resolve issues effectively.
