Job Summary

We are seeking a results‑oriented Store Manager to oversee all aspects of a Circle K franchise in Lakeville. The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, train, and retain enthusiastic employees while scheduling shifts to maximize service and sales.
• Ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, and organized in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and support career growth for all staff.
• Maintain workplace safety, enforce compliance with company loss‑prevention and safety procedures.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses, forecast P&L, and take actions to maximize profitability.
• Safeguard all monetary transactions, handle vendor deliveries, manage fuel pricing, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Operate and maintain all store equipment, including fuel pumps and inventory systems.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lb as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales (preferred).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to supervise and train CSR, Lead CSR, and Store Assistant personnel.
