Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail showroom. This role combines store management, sales leadership, and strategic business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with remodeling companies, a minimum of 3 years in flooring, kitchen, and bath sales, and a strong vision for increasing annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Management & Leadership:
• Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Manage and track sales performance of in-store sales representatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store revenue and customer engagement.
• Ensure showroom displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
• Sales & Customer Engagement:
• Assist customers in selecting flooring, kitchen, and bath products tailored to their needs.
• Provide expert advice on materials, design options, and installation processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to close sales effectively.
• Strategic Growth & Revenue Planning:
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings.
• Develop marketing initiatives and promotions to drive foot traffic and conversions.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with remodeling companies and contractors.
• Set and track revenue goals, ensuring consistent business growth.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in flooring, kitchen, and bath products.
• Prior experience in store management or working with remodeling companies.
• Experience with flooring, kitchen & bath Software.
• Microsoft office tools and email.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for commuting and occasional client visits.
• Location: Must reside close to West Houston or Katy, TX for easy access to the store.
