• Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates.
• Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day.
• Maintain orderly scheduling and task follow-through to meet goals.
• Implement loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
• Understand priorities and adapt scheduling to store needs.
