Claire’s in Cypress, TX is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and lead a dynamic retail team. You will manage day-to-day store operations, engage customers, and deliver the Claire’s experience, including piercing services once trained.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with base pay $17.50 to $19.50 per hour. Qualified candidates will have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Willingness to perform piercing services.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 25–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through engaging customers and promotions.
• Create memorable shopping experiences reflecting Claire's brand.
• Provide piercing services training and safe, sterile procedures.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
