Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Store Manager at Station Park, Farmington, UT, and ensure that the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values are reflected in all store operations and customer interactions. You will empower your team to drive sales and create memorable experiences for every guest.

  1. Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, managing business processes, maintaining high standards in merchandising and cleanliness, and improving efficiency and profitability through sound operational practices.
  2. Be a role model for guest experience by executing our service model, achieving monthly mystery shop goals, increasing repeat business through NPS promoters, and coaching sales associates to deliver exceptional branded experiences.
  3. Lead your team to success by recruiting, developing, and motivating a collaborative team, providing coaching and performance management, and offering ongoing product knowledge and service training.
  4. Develop your team by clarifying expectations of the LEGO brand experience, unlocking their potential with LEGO Core Competencies, and preparing future leaders by identifying and nurturing top talent for promotion.
