Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager in Bloomington, MN to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management while ensuring a fun, productive work environment.

As the store leader, you will manage scheduling, product strategy, and daily operations, maintaining compliance and promoting Lids’ brand standards and customer loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Proven supervisory skills, with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Proven managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store hiring strategy, planning needs, recruitment strategy and turnover.
• Assist onboarding to acclimate new team members to Lids.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment.
• Perform people-related actions to update team member information and records.
• Lead and monitor store's ongoing training strategy and new programs.
• Address employee concerns and escalate when needed.
• Drive team engagement with recognition and check-ins.
• Collaborate across store channels and districts.
