Position Overview
As a Dollar Express Store Manager in Training, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting the Training Manager with daily store operations. Under supervision, you will maintain inventories, store appearance, and complete daily paperwork. The role offers a pathway to a Store Manager position upon successful completion of training.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Supervise, train, and develop store team members on operational practices and procedures, effectively communicating standards and procedures.
2. Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner, resolving inquiries and concerns.
3. Assist in weekly merchandise ordering using cycle counts to ensure stock levels.
4. Help unload merchandise from deliveries, organize stock, and transfer merchandise from stockroom to store.
5. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and providing excellent customer service.
6. Acquire knowledge and perform all duties necessary for effective store operation.
