About Us

Dollar Express is a new entrant in the dollar store segment of the retail industry. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, we operate 330 stores across 36 states.

Position Overview

As a Store Manager in Training at Dollar Express, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist the Training Manager in daily store operations. You will maintain inventories, ensure store appearance, and complete daily paperwork. Upon successful training, you will be prepared to accept a Store Manager position within the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop store team members on operational practices and procedures.
• Greet customers positively, assist with inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Assist in merchandise ordering, unloading deliveries, organizing stock, and transferring merchandise from stockroom to floor.
• Support loss prevention efforts and ensure store profitability.
