Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and profitability to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, average basket size, and labor spend; manage budgets, inventory, and shrinkage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a diverse team of assistants and sales associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy culture with accountability and internal promotion.
• Lead customer service and visual merchandising, ensuring standards align with brand guidelines.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance with health and employment regulations.
