Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in retail management, preferably in grocery.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and experience.
• Ensure consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Identify methods to increase store sales and profitability; implement changes as needed.
• Develop milestones and goals for employees and ensure they are met.
• Collaborate with corporate staff to set sales goals, promotions and marketing.
• Ensure store maintenance, safety, cleanliness and attractiveness.
• Supervise and report inventory numbers for store departments.
• Analyze financial reports and implement improvements as required.
• Perform other related duties as required.
