Go! Retail Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and maintain performance metrics to ensure a high-performing team and a superior guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, retail operations knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding company standards and mall guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• 1+ years of retail experience / management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Create a customer focus environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide training and feedback to staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage staffing, payroll, and scheduling within budget.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with mall guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to maximize results.
