This position is for the day shift with store hours from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Dulux, a PPC Company, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Store Manager. Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will inspire others to achieve results, manage your own store, lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service, and oversee all store operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the Bétonel/Dulux branch.
• Achieving sales and profit goals by managing expenses, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
• Maintaining high customer service standards.
• Fostering engagement through effective leadership.
• Hiring, leading, mentoring, and managing your team.
• Ensuring the store's interior and exterior, including cleanliness and displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail or related management roles.
• Previous retail management or outside sales experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, minimum 45 hours/week.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
