Crosby’s is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in New York. This hands-on role focuses on people, performance and profitability while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and staff.

You will recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop the team, ensure top-tier customer service, manage inventory and finances, and drive sales growth while maintaining standards and safety. This full-time on-site position offers strong growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking).
• Serve Safe certification, preferred.
• Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week.
