The annual salary for this position is within the range of $24.00 to $29.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

You will promote our Foundation’s message and showcase how our teams and customers are making life-changing impacts worldwide.

You bring a commercial perspective, identify trade opportunities, support your team to excel, and take pride in enabling team promotions. You exercise independent judgment in developing strategies that ensure a positive customer experience and drive profitable sales.

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for leading all aspects of your store, including fostering an inclusive culture, managing and developing team members to meet sales and KPI targets, and ensuring long-term growth aligned with our vision, values, and policies.

Skills & Experience:

  • A passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion
  • Proven leadership of diverse, high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills in sales, stock, and service metrics
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual standards
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
