Responsibilities
- Implement Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels to foster strong community relationships.
- Hire, train, and develop team members, serving as a coach and mentor.
- Model and promote Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
- Manage staffing, labor budgets, and scheduling efficiently.
- Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Complete daily operational tasks, manage inventory, and ensure asset protection.
- Collaborate with district leadership to develop action plans based on performance metrics.
- Complete all required training and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
Compensation
Starting pay ranges from $46,000 to $60,000, with potential for bonuses based on store and company performance. The full salary range extends beyond this, supporting ongoing growth within the company.
Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience and leadership ability preferred.
- Strong communication and task prioritization skills.
- Ownership mindset and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
