Qualifications

• 4 years general management experience including financial accountability.
• 4 years supervising 50+ associates with performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
• Experience in facilities that sell firearms is noted for some roles (if applicable).
• Ability to attend and complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Directs the management team in facility operations, merchandising and company direction.
• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, stock and forecasting.
• Oversees Academy training environment, ensuring store standards and engaging trainees and staff.
• Provides supervision, development opportunities, coaching and performance evaluations for associates.
