Portland Leather LLC is seeking a Store Manager for their new location in Easton Town Center, Columbus. The role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales while nurturing a customer-centric environment. This position will oversee our NEW location at Easton Town Center in Columbus! This is a full-time position that will work up to 40 hours a week and will be available to work over the weekend. Additional hours may be required during peak seasons. Our PLG destination locations in the Portland area offer some of the best hours for work-life balance in retail. You will be leading the fun at work and typically enjoy your evenings off.

Profile Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for the total relationship between Portland Leather Good’s retail store/eCommerce platform and its Customers. The Store Manager will implement the vision and strategy; in collaboration with their Team, building a customer-first, customer-centric mindset and unifying how all customers view Portland Leather Goods. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving the persistent focus on the customer experience to ultimately lead to revenue and profits. The Store Manager reports directly to the District Manager.

We have come a long way since the garage days! Portland Leather Goods was established in early 2016 by our founder Curtis Matsko. Before Portland Leather Goods, you couldn’t find a simply designed, affordable bag made from high quality full–grain leather.
