General Description

As a Store Manager, you will gain hands-on experience at one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, making meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service. You will manage store operations, schedule staff, handle appointments, and work towards profitability goals. You will lead, coach, and direct store associates to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To:

• Drive, track, and achieve sales and profitability through customer interactions and service sales
• Build customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Support employee training and development
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, including setting compensation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company requirements
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to customers
• Use provided tools to recommend products based on manufacturing guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe work and guest environment
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of retail management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18
• No relocation assistance provided
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive service experience
• Automotive sales experience
