Job summary

Pandora Store Manager at Carlsbad Premium Outlets will lead a dynamic team on the sales floor, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales. You will coach an Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates while maintaining brand standards and exceptional service.

You will focus on team development, KPI achievement, and effective store operations, including visual merchandising and process efficiency, within Pandora’s customer‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a team including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with customer focus.

Salary: $33.00 to $41.25
