Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support store operations, supervise staff, manage staffing, merchandising, and customer service. This limited-term role focuses on developing leadership skills and operational knowledge.

You will assist with recruiting, stocking, inventory control, opening/closing, and ensuring a safe, well-presented store. Travel may be involved; strong communication and math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory practices, and safety policies.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
• Additional language skills (e.g., bilingual Spanish) may be advantageous.
