Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales across the store. You will hire, train, and coach associates while overseeing all store operations to meet profitability goals.

Build a positive, engaging environment that motivates your team and customers daily. You will manage merchandising, schedules, and expenses, while maintaining brand standards and delivering results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings.

Responsibilities

As the Store Manager you will:

Qualifications

You will also have:

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proventrack recordof exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings.
