Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager for a Torrance, CA location to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all store operations. You will hire, train, and develop top associates while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide the team to achieve goals, manage merchandising standards, and optimize scheduling and budgets, all while upholding our values and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Store Manager you will:

• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans andachieve financial, customer-serviceand operational goals, while addressing thestoreunique strengths and challenges.

• Remain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances
• Provide leadership orassistancewith floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual expectations.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Assistant Manager.Schedule employees to their strengths to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proventrack recordof exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings.
