Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager in Plantation, FL to oversee the full store operation, drive sales, and ensure excellent guest service. You will manage staffing, merchandising, inventory, and seasonal setup/teardown, with emphasis on shrink control and cost management.

A flexible schedule and a 21+ age requirement apply. The role requires prior retail management experience, physical stamina for long hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services and control expenses.
• Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
