Job summary

Blufox Mobile, a Comcast Xfinity partner, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead our Delaware location. You will coach a high-performing sales team, drive store revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Previous experience as Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, Wireless Retail Manager, Telecommunications Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Retail Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team

Required
