Job summary

Blufox Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. You will coach staff, manage operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences across the store.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong leadership, and a track record of achieving performance targets. Training, promotion prospects, and a benefits-rich environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Experience as Retail Store Manager / Sales Manager / Wireless Retail Manager / Telecommunications Manager / Customer Service Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees

Required
