Blufox Mobile in Florida is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced telecom retail environment. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff, driving sales and ensuring top customer service across all store operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience as Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, Wireless Store Manager, Telecommunications Manager or Customer Service Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused sales culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention.

• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
