Job summary

Blufox Mobile in Florida is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our location, coach a high-performing sales team, and drive store revenue while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of sales growth, and the ability to manage operations, scheduling, and inventory. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

Experience as Retail Store Manager or Wireless Retail Manager
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning
Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals
Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention
Implement sales strategies that support company growth objectives
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class customer experience
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
Ensure team members maintain expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services
