Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will positively impact many lives by maintaining standards to achieve sales and profit goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing team skills, recruiting, and managing operational and strategic duties, including profit margin management and policy enforcement.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail
• Knowledge of POS systems, scanners, and basic computer software
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
