Responsibilities include achieving profit margins, training the team, and recruiting staff while upholding company policies. The role requires scheduling flexibility to cover days, nights, and weekends in a store environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience required, preferably with jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic software/hardware literacy.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram and schedule instructions.

Store Manager

Join our team as a Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements:

A Sampling of our Total Rewards:

• Base pay, $20.67 – $30.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
