Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will train and evaluate team members, develop their product knowledge, and recruit staff to maintain performance standards.

The role emphasizes managing the P&L, enforcing company policies, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Training and progression opportunities are provided within a promotion-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

• Maintain focus on standards to meet sales and profit projections.

Store Manager

Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements

Base pay, $20.67 – $30.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
