Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, profits and exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The role involves maintaining standards, developing staff, and recruiting team members while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The Store Manager will oversee P&L, train staff on product knowledge, and maintain an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. This position requires leadership, a commitment to excellence, and availability to work

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Preference for jeweler or specialty retailer experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Store Manager

Join our team as a Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives.

Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members.

The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements
