Job summary

Signet Jewelers, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, is seeking a Store Manager in Springfield, VA to lead daily operations and drive sales by coaching a team to meet standards and KPIs.

You will recruit and train staff, oversee the P&L, ensure outstanding customer service, and implement company policies while promoting growth from within and a strong in-store experience. The role requires strong leadership and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1+ year)
• Experience with jeweler or specialty retailer preferred
• Experience with POS terminals and scanners
• Ability to follow written/oral instructions and schedules
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Store Manager

Join our team as a Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Store Manager is also responsible for achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L; following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures; and other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

A Sampling of our Total Rewards

• Base pay, $20.67 – $30.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
