Midas, in Columbus, OH, is hiring full-time Store Managers for a state-of-the-art service, repair and tire center. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales initiatives, manage inventory and expenses, and supervise technicians to deliver high-quality vehicle services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail store management or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items over 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork and delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store profitability by driving sales and controlling operating costs.
• Direct technicians and provide high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance coordination.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and explain services to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead and develop staff to promote from within and maintain a strong store team.
