• Oversee all aspects of store supervision including stock, staff, and sales management.
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and queries with a courteous and accommodating approach.
• Set and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and promote brand trust.
• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management on store performance.
• Provide opportunities for staff advancement and maintain a positive work environment.
