This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to leverage that. Our promote-from-within approach means you'll understand every role you will lead, setting you up for success.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything within your store: People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. Lead by example, as your team will follow your lead. Adhere to all policies and procedures diligently and expect the same from your team.
