SmartStop® Self Storage in Warren, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and team supervision. This role emphasizes customer service, tenant relations, and on-site project coordination with a hands-on approach.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm. Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus; no evening hours. You’ll drive sales, maintain cleanliness, and support a growing team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to adapt to changing processes and priorities.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and maintain property cleanliness.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Light maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Company.
