Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. Starting at $16.50/hour plus bonus, with benefits and growth opportunities at a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning.

• Perform light maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services.
• Requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Background check required.
