Michael Kors is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on delivering an elevated client experience in a high-traffic lifestyle store.

You will recruit and develop talent, optimize store operations, and execute strategic plans to drive sales through cross-functional partnerships and events. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build client relationships and deliver omnichannel results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
