Michael Kors in Allen, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver an elevated client experience. You will coach staff, oversee daily operations, and align with brand standards to drive sales.

You’ll recruit, train, and retain talent, analyze performance, manage schedules, and ensure outstanding service across omni-channel touchpoints. The role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for fashion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
