Our Store Managers are responsible for building a team of top performers, creating an exceptional customer experience, and empowering the team to excel. You will manage all aspects of a store, including hiring and training associates, overseeing operations, and achieving sales and profitability goals. The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other store locations and district meetings may be required.
