You will manage all aspects of a store, including hiring and training associates, overseeing operations, and achieving sales and profitability goals. The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
- Using data and market knowledge to create action plans that meet financial, customer service, and operational goals, leveraging the store's unique strengths and challenges.
- Demonstrating product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Engaging with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
- Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Motivating and engaging teams by recognizing their strengths.
- Providing and receiving feedback to improve performance and develop team members.

- Ensuring store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
- Overseeing controllable expenses like payroll and training to increase profitability.

- Leading or assisting with floor sets, visual displays, and merchandising.
- Performing POS transactions and executing management functions in the absence of the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
- A proven track record of exceeding sales and performance metrics.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Occasional travel to other store locations and district meetings may be required.
