Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager (Acai & Smoothies) located in New York, NY. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, budgeting, and hiring staff.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us — this role has strong long-term growth potential for the right person.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-performing shift
  • Hire, train, and mentor a top-tier team with a focus on growth, accountability, and positivity
  • Own the store’s P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to optimize labor and reduce waste
  • Deliver consistently excellent customer experiences — every smoothie, every bowl, every guest
  • Lead by example with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive store-level sales and profitability
  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
  • Foster a fun, supportive, and inclusive team culture

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in a management role, ideally in fast-casual, QSR, or café environments
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of kitchen flow, food prep, and daily operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, focused, and effective in high-volume, fast-paced settings
  • Passionate about hospitality, healthy food, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
