SUMMARY : As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your store's team and operations. You will be responsible for driving store profitability and managing your inventory levels. You are responsible for recruiting and hiring talent, while providing training and development to retain a customer-focused workforce that will consistently provide a superior guest experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage the day-to-day store operations, including hiring, training, developing your team, and driving profitability.
  • Build a culture focused on guest needs and providing Convenience You Can TRUST.
  • Serve as a role model by maintaining a high-energy, friendly attitude towards team members and guests.
  • Manage P&L and inventory by analyzing sales trends and implementing action plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Create an organized, process-oriented environment.
  • Communicate company objectives clearly to ensure team understanding and alignment with strategy.
  • Set clear expectations, monitor results, and manage performance for continuous improvement.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet guest demand while controlling labor costs.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and operational excellence, adhering to brand standards.
  • Practice disciplined expense management and thorough planning to optimize results.
  • Forecast and analyze business trends related to payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to enhance store performance.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • People-first mindset, committed to providing excellent experiences for team members and guests.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and managerial skills, including performance management, recruiting, and coaching.
  • Effective communicator capable of simplifying complex issues.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment with energy and focus on execution.
  • Manage work schedules within budgets for optimal coverage.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
  • Availability to be on call 24/7.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1-2 years of retail management experience in a similar environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The physical demands include talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, bending, squatting, typing, operating equipment, dialing, and lifting up to 40 pounds. The role requires being on call 24/7 and working 50-60 hours per week.
