AS A STORE MANAGER, A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent, creating sustainable talent strategies to support growth.
  • Recruit, select, and manage a diverse range of associates and leaders.
  • Invest in continuous training and development for yourself and your team.
  • Inspire and motivate your team through clear feedback and coaching.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
Impact on your Business:
  • Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth and profitability.
  • Build and lead a guest-centric culture; use guest survey tools to improve key service areas.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, educating your team to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Ensure operational accuracy, efficient processes, and workload management.
  • Implement store merchandising, product flow, inventory management, and signage to maintain brand consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential functions, with or without accommodations.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds.
  • Must have full mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, reaching).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
