Our Store Managers

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be a role model: Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values daily, fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere that celebrates success.
  2. Ownership of sales and profit: Drive all sales and profit results, manage costs, payroll, sales KPIs, and other financial metrics.
  3. Customer service: Deliver outstanding service, demonstrating role model behaviors for your team.
  4. Communication: Maintain effective communication on the floor and behind the scenes, building relationships across the business, with customers, and community partners.
  5. Team environment: Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment emphasizing teamwork and accountability.
  6. Policy implementation: Ensure policies, standards, and procedures related to security, safety, people, and stock management are understood and followed.
  7. Community engagement: Innovate to enhance customer loyalty and promote the brand locally within the community.
  8. Store operations: Oversee stock management and store operations, ensuring smooth running of the store.
  9. Change management: Lead change initiatives and engage your team to adapt to new ways of working.
  10. Customer experience: Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
