AS A STORE MANAGER, A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Building a guest-centric culture and utilizing survey tools to improve guest experiences.

  • Executing merchandising standards, product flow, inventory management, and signage.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

  • Utilizing Zebra PDA, POS, Microsoft Office, and payroll software.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds.
  • Full mobility required for bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
