Essential Duties

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

• Leadership and Management: Supervises 2 or more full-time employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing store operations.
• Store Relationships: Develops positive relationships with suppliers, promotes excellent customer service, and maintains a safe, positive community image.
• Training and Development: Conducts performance appraisals, trains employees on customer service, safety, and cash handling, and ensures timely completion of training.
• Communications: Ensures effective communication with employees through meetings and updates.
• Organizing and Planning: Develops action plans, manages store files, and supervises merchandise display and inventory.
• Financial: Analyzes sales and expenses, manages budgets, safeguards cash, and reports discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage store functions.
• Proficiency with computer reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Open availability, ability to communicate in English, and perform physical duties.
• Certificates such as ServSafe or Food Safety Management may be required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work 50+ hours per week, lift up to 50 pounds, work in various temperatures, and stand or walk for long periods.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor work with some outdoor tasks, exposure to temperature extremes, and occasional noise. Requires working on all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
