Job Overview

As one of the largest authorized retailers for Cricket Wireless, PQH Wireless South is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and highly motivated salesperson for a full-time Store Manager position at our Airport location. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, operations, and sales coaching
• Achieve monthly sales quotas for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers
• Troubleshoot and find solutions for customers, helping them find suitable Cricket products and services
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Communicate effectively and be a reliable team member
• Complete operational duties accurately and timely
• Train and develop employees, ensuring accountability
• Create marketing and sales plans for the store and staff

Qualifications

• Retail sales/customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• Work authorization in the United States (required)

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $12.00/hour plus commission, depending on experience. Additional benefits include store discounts. Full-time employment with health benefits is available.
