This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all store operations. Restaurant management experience is preferred. We promote from within and ensure you understand all roles to prepare you for leadership. Your experience will help expedite your understanding of all positions and set you up for success.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything in your store—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and cultivating a positive culture. Lead by example, and expect the same from your team. Adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
