Scooter’s Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for Loving Cup LLC, a Scooter’s Coffee franchise partner. You will lead a team of baristas, set the tone on every shift, coach with positivity, and ensure operational excellence while modeling our Integrity, Love, Courage, and Humility.

You’ll manage scheduling, daily operations, store standards, cleanliness, and reporting with hands-on leadership training to grow in your career.

Qualifications

• Confident, dependable leader in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to teach, lead, coach, and inspire others.
• Positive and professional attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Ability to work 35+ hours per week, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
